Joining a Committee

There are 4 Committees in our Key Club. Projects committee, fundraising committee, scrapbook committee, and public relations committee. These are their jobs. Projects -Brainstorms event/project ideas -Organizes the event/project Fundraising -Finds ways to raise money -chooses where the funds raised will go to -organizes the fundraiser Scrapbook -Take pictures during events -sends pictures in to the news letter -Creates the scrapbooks for the contests at LTC -Records the memories :D Public Relations -Encourage people to join key club -Encourage relations with other clubs -Have ideas for inter-clubbing

[Bronx Science Key Club] Committee Heads

Hi Guys~
 
I want to talk to you guys about Committee Heads! So the committee head's are the people in charge of each of the 4 committee's. Their job is to organize the committee and take lead. They should also be in regular contact with the VP giving updates on what they are planning and what is going on. The 4 committees are projects committee, fundraising committee, scrapbook committee, and public relations committee.
 
Projects
-Brainstorms event/project ideas
-Organizes the event/project
 
Fundraising
-Finds ways to raise money
-chooses where the funds raised will go to
-organizes the fundraiser
 
Scrapbook
-Take pictures during events
-sends pictures in to the news letter
-Creates the scrapbooks for the contests at LTC
-Records the memories :D
 
Public Relations
-Encourage people to join key club
-Encourage relations with other clubs
-Have ideas for inter-clubbing
 
There are 2 committee head's per committee, so if you would like to become a committee head please contact me during the next meeting or whenever you see me.

[Bronx Science Key Club] More events!

Hey Bronx Science Key Club!
 
For those of you that went to LTC, I hope you guys had an awesome time! :D and welcome back!
 
Here are two upcoming events:
1) NAMI Walk (5/7/11) 7:30AM-1:00PM at South Street Seaport, Manhattan (more details on form linked below)
 
2) Division 11 Amazing Race volunteer registration (helping us plan during 1 day of Spring break, and helping us out on the event day in late April/May)
Registering to volunteer means that you cannot participate and you will have to donate $5 (more info on form linked below)
 
Sign up for events ASAP!
Reminder: Divisional tomorrow AT BRONX SCIENCE in room 131 at 5:30PM!
