[Bxscience Key Club] First Meeting Attendance & Club Roster Verification (Returning Members Too!!)

Hey Guys!

First off, thanks to those who attended the first meeting on Thursday! :) We enjoyed meeting your faces!

2) I am fully aware that the attendance sheets for the first meeting were a little hectic, so I know that some of you did not get to sign your name on it. If you did not get to write your name on the attendance sheet, please email me back with your full name, email, homeroom and OSIS. Many of you asked me what the attendance sheet was - an attendance sheet goes around each meeting to document who went to the meeting. This is not the same as the sheet you signed during club fair!

3) Speaking about club fair, many of you guys signed up for club fair (yay!), and I compiled all of your names onto a spreadsheet with the returning members. 

RETURNING MEMBERS & NEW MEMBERS: 
Please visit this link and look for your name. If your name is highlighted, that means you have some missing info, or it should be double checked. 

Email me back with the correct info [Full name, OSIS, Homeroom & Email]! PLEASE DO THIS ASAP!!!
If your name is not highlighted and there is an error with your information, email me back as well. If your name is not there, or if you know of a friend whose name is not there (and/or didn't get this email) and/or wants to join now, email me back with information too! If you do not want to be part of this list, email be back and I will take you off. Keep in mind, this is a very long list - but don't worry, your names are alphabetized by last name!

[Bxscience Key Club] Welcome to a year of service! :)

Hello guys!

Since Club Fair took place on Monday, we can finally say that clubs have officially started! We will be having our first meeting of the school year THIS THURSDAY, the 26th after 10th period in the Auditorium! :) Don't miss it, we will having our little introductions as the board and as the club welcoming all the new members!

Dear ACJ Alumni:

The science writing course this year will commence on 23 September, two days from now. I would like to hear from you so I can incorporate your suggestions (and address your criticism) in my classes this semester.

1. First of all, tell me where you are now and if your work involves writing about science. I hope all of you are well placed and all of you enjoy what you do. I have been hearing from some of you but I am afraid I am not in touch with most of you.

2. What do you think I should include (or exclude) in addition to what I did in your class?

3. Which aspect of what we did you liked the most and find useful in your work?

[Bxscience Key Club] Finally, school and service!

Hi my little beavers! 

 No matter what year you're in, I hope you're adapting to a new school year! :) And if you haven't adjusted yet, come and visit our table at Club Fair because after many events you get to make a lot of friends! If you can't make it to Club Fair, have no fear, because here are the upcoming events:

Races for Kids 9/21 <-form CLOSES TOMORROW so don't miss it! 

REMINDERS: 
-Club Fair will be THIS MONDAY, on the 16th! Those who want to help in recruiting members and promoting our club by screaming and all, tell me so I have an idea of how many people we have! 
This also means: posters, posters, Posters! I'll be sending out a quick email and a post on where to bring the posters Monday morning! 
-Our first club meeting will be on the 26th! 

See you guys then!! :)

Hellooooooo everyone! :) 

I hope you guys are looking forward to the upcoming school year! And if you aren't, fear not! We'll be having A LOT of events coming up soon in the upcoming months. But for now, we have the 

Century Bike Tour TOMORROW

Reminder:
Club Fair is going to be held on the 19th, and in order to find dedicated new members we have to show a lot of spirit! :) Making bright posters and saving your voice (for the shouting) will help us a lot! 

I'll see you lovely folks in school again! :)
