Sorry for the super late e-mail.The shirt had to be edited first to be cheaper and prettier (y). I hope you guys all enjoyed making cards for St. Judes and had fun meeting Riverdale Kiwanis President, Mr. Hickey! If you have unfinished cards, just give it to any one of the board members. We will provide you with our schedule (here) so it'll be easier for you guys to find us to give us stuff relating to St. Judes, the Movie Fundraiser, or the T-shirt. Make sure to tell us first if your meeting us and make sure to put your money in an envelope with your name, OSIS, and the event. There will also be no meeting next week because of Incoming Freshman Orientation. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW.
T-Shirts
So the winning t-shirt design was the Key Club Giving Tree Design #3. As requested during the meeting, it was edited. It will cost $15 each and since the shirts might come a bit later in June, we will be distributing the shirts in between regents and throughout the summer events. (Here) is the form if you are interested in purchasing a shirt. We will start collecting money as soon as possible. So please get it to the board ASAP. We can't order unless you pay!
Hoodies
The old board came in today to apologize for the mishap with the hoodies. Melissa and Irena don't have the necessary information for it and you should really contact Immediate Past Treasurer Lisa Liu (mayflowerlisa@gmail.com) about it. However, they said they'll try to either get hoodies or reimburse you with your money.
Movie Fundraiser
Originally, many people wanted to watch the Fault in our Stars. However, suddenly many wished to change their vote. So, we would like your opinion on what movie to watch! The price is still the same just the movie might change. Make sure to also give in your money to the board to facilitate in giving you your tickets when we're at the theater. (Here) is the poll to vote.
K-Sibs
Our Ltg Aaron is running a program called K-Sibs. This program is allow incoming freshman Key Clubbers to have some kind of encouragement and a kind of support system. Any current Key Clubber who applies will be assigned to an incoming Freshmen from within their school and within another school in the division. If you would like to participate, fill out this form (here).
