Dear Bronx Science Key Club leaders

Hi! My name is Julie and I am a Key Club alumna. The education company I write for, eNotes.com, is looking for academically strong students to participate in our TA program. We give out three money awards every month to the people who've contributed the best work to our Homework Help pages. This month, we're doubling the awards because we haven't had much participation and we want to give more students the opportunity to win the grants.

It would be amazing if you could forward the information below to the Bronx Science Key Club students!  Let me know if you have any questions at all.

All my best,
Julie Feng

eNotes.com is helping students fund their education and expand their knowledge by becoming eNotes TAs. Find out how you can help your students earn up to $500 in grants each month below.

eNotes Homework Help offers students around the world the ability to receive one-to-one assistance on their toughest questions from both real-life educators and their peers. When students participate in Homework Help by answering questions, they help not just their fellow pupils, but themselves as well. At eNotes we want to reward this peer-to-peer learning, so we've created a program for our most active student members to receive funding for their education simply by answering questions online.

eNotes TAs (or Teaching Assistants) form a community of students who share their knowledge with other eNotes members and work towards real life rewards. Each month our editors select three TAs to receive special grants; the TA with the most impressive answers is awarded $500 and a "TA of the Month" badge, while two runners-up receive $250 each (and specially for December, we've doubled these amounts!). These grants can fund a student's school fees or be put towards textbooks and supplies, including electronics. In addition, all TAs are eligible to redeem the points they accumulate on eNotes for gift card rewards to companies like Amazon and iTunes. Meanwhile, students also have the added benefit of expanding their own knowledge by researching and forming their responses.

So, how do students become eNotes TAs? It's easy: eNotes student members need only answer one Homework Help question to earn a TA badge and become eligible for one of the above rewards.

If you'd like to help your students study smarter, earn money for school, and assist others in the process, share the eNotes TA program with your student body. Our FAQ page provides more information and our Leaderboard displays our top TA members. We hope to see your students on there soon!
