- $18.35 if uncustomized (We encourage you to pay $18.50 or $19.00 and the extra money will be DONATED!)
- $22.85 if customized (We encourage you to pay $23.00 and the extra money will be DONATED!)

- Name
- Homeroom
- Titled: "Hoodie Money"

Finally, make sure your hoodie is the SIZE you want it to be with the right NAME by double-checking the sign-up sheet.
